  1. Refund Policy
    Please note that we are unable to process refunds for any packages requested within 24 hours of the scheduled service. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
     
  2. Service Requests
    All service requests must be made in advance. We recommend submitting your request as early as possible to ensure availability.
     
  3. Cancellations
    If you need to cancel or reschedule a package, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 24 hours may result in charges or forfeit of the service fee.
     
  4. Liability
    We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the provision of services, except in cases of direct negligence or willful misconduct.
     
  5. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients promptly.

    Refunds are only available for packages or services that are cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Any requests for refunds made within 24 hours of the service will not be processed.
